General questions

The New Ships Orderbook is an analysis and research tool for the maritime industry. It publishes actual as well as expected ship orders („rumours“) in the international shipping market since 2015. It is updated on a daily basis and enhanced with news and updates from the shipbuilding industry. 

The global merchant fleet, cruise ships, service vessels and offshore special purpose vessels (no barges, yachts and navy ships). The Orderbook contains all the vessels which have been delivered since 1.1.2015 as well as the current orders and expected ship orders (rumours).

The Orderbook contains ships with a size of at least 200 BRT. Barges are not included.

Questions concerning account settings

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the menu item “Login/Register”, which you will find in the upper navigation bar, and use the “Password forgotten” function.

Please click on the menu item “My Profile” in the upper navigation bar. In the menu that opens up you can find the menu point “My Account“. Here you can select the option “Change Password” and assign a new password.

If you want to change your e-mail address,  send an e-mail to our customer service (contact@trusteddocks.com).

Questions about registration and ordering

Yes!  You can sign-up as a Free User and than test functionality with limited data access as long as you like. You also get access to some features and information like shipyard infos, news or construction guides for new vessels free of charge.

No! Before trial perod expires, we´ll contact you with an offer for continued use.

Questions concerning payment

You can book online and pay by creditcard, if you desire a invoice and pay by bank transfer this is also not a problem.

The invoice will be issued in Euro. Unfortunately, payment in any other currency is not possible.

Yes, if you wish to indicate a different invoice address, please contact our customer service user contact@trusteddocks.com

Questions regarding cancellation

Termination of the licence is possible at any time until the expiry of the booked duration.

In order to cancel please send a notice of cancellation by e-mail to contact@trusteddocks.com.

Yes, once you are sign-up you can use your account to access new-ships.com and trusteddocks.com
